If you like plantains, then you’ll like this. The way I make it is a little different from most of the other plantain bread recipes that I’ve stumbled upon and I really think that my version of the plantain bread has a lot of the plantain flavor that I think you will enjoy.

Spicy Honey Banana Bread
I really experimented with this one here. I have a decent spice tolerance and I decided to put that to the test by increasing the amount of spices to get a sense of what this bread would taste like. I wondered at what spice level would I no longer be able to get the banana bread taste. Eventually, I landed on a recipe that still achieves the goal of tasting like a banana bread but with a little bit of a kick.
